TRAINING

Capacity building and skills development of young people and those working with them is a top priority of Munja Incubator. The most common topics for which are organized specifically designed workshops, seminars, and training, with the publications and manuals and guides are: leadership, project and organizational management, advocacy techniques, skills, employability, social entrepreneurship, the development of youth policies, techniques and approaches to information and communicating with young people and others.

In 2016 Munja Incubator implemented the following activities:

– Workshops “What is the X factor for finding a job” in cooperation with Telemach
– “Preparing young people for the labor market” – a manual for professionals, in partnership with Family Counseling Centre, The employment service of Kanton Sarajevo and relevant ministries
– Training for students at the University of Banja Luka, Sarajevo and Mostar, in cooperation with the OSCE Mission
– 600+ workshops “The first time I choose” for young people in BiH, which will for the first time have the opportunity to vote
